Steel grid resistor may be used for any application with a continuous power exceeding 2kW and continuous current exceeding 10A.
Design
Steel grid resistor (RP) consists of resistance plates made of FeCr or NiCr steel, interconnected in packages. The plate packages are mounted on a frame to form ready resistors.
Dimensions of steel grid resistor (RP)
- depending on resistor power (available on request)
Availability
- 3 - 14 business days (depending on steel grid resistor size) / for a batch of 1 5 pieces
Operating conditions
- operating conditionscontinuous, cycle or pulse operation
- indoors or outdoors
- operation in atmospheres being free from gases, explosive mixtures and corrosive vapours
- relative humidity: up to 95% at +22 C (293 K)
- mounting height: maximum 1000m above sea level
